Patrick is an actor, trained at Identity School of Acting. 


Shooting to fame at the turn of the millennium as a celebrity television chef and successful author of The Caribbean Cook, Patrick Williams’ cooking reputation and personal brand have always been about style and passion – he combines the cosmopolitan cool of London with the irresistibly exotic draw of the Caribbean.


Having trained under Marco Pierre-White at The Canteen, The Criterion Brassiere and The Titanic, worked with Richard Neat at the Oxo Tower, and also enjoyed successful spells at The Ivy and The Mirabelle, Patrick Williams has an enviable CV and is rated amongst Britain’s most exciting talents in the kitchen.
